It has been signed with a silver paint marker, in-person by singer/guitarist Blackie Lawless while touring Europe on September 30, 2017 in Helsinki, Finland, and by drummer Stet Howland (who has also added a "DRUMSTICKS" sketch below his autograph) while touring Europe with METAL CHURCH on June 6, 2017 in Sölvesborg, Sweden.
