Has a unique horizontal locking mechanism. Has previous owners marks. Lock works as it should, no issues. Pulls and recoils as it should. Made in USA. New Britain tape is 8 foot long steel blade, item#M208. Has belt loop. Vertical locking lever is plastic and has broken. However, locking mechanism still works, you just have to push a little harder on the broken part of the plastic lever. The tape does need some help retracting after you have engaged the lock. The tape is stained in the first two inches, but is fine beyond that. Can probably be cleaned up by its new owner. Made in USA. Ships USPS Ground Advantage with tracking number.
