Actual floor size 8"6" X 11'7" Good Used Condition. Tent comes with all items shown in the pictures, no other items are included. Tent does show some stains as shown in pictures that may need cleaning if desired. Floor is clean. All zippers appear to be working. An approximate 8" tear was noticed in the door screen at bottom horizontally just above zipper. (no picture) Ships to lower 48 Continental US only.
