Description: You are bidding on this Vintage 1938 Sunset Magazine Sunset's Western Hostess Guide Virginia Rich Manual This is a vintage used item, in good used condition, with some signs of age/wear; there is rubbing/scuffing to surface of booklet, edgewear and associated corner wear, creasing/crinkling along/about staplebound spine, demarcation to front cover top right, blemishing/discoloration to interior covers and endpapers, demarcations to interior rear cover. Overall paper quality is good, smooth/clean, antique-white with good preservation of B&W photographs/images and sharp black text. There are no excessive nicks, chips, rips, tears, perforations, stains, residue or repairs. The booklet measures approx 9" x 6.75", with 48 pages.
