He studied at the Grosvenor School of Modern Art (1930) under Claude Flight (see Biographies), and in fact Flight featured his work in both of his publications – ‘Linocuts: a Hand-Book’ (1927) and ‘The Art and Craft of Lino Cutting’ (1934).Greegrass exhibited in Flight’s Redfern Gallery exhibitions in the 1930’s and his linocuts typically focused on the speed and movement of the human figure.
