Description: Hand-painted polyvinyl - 45" long measured from beginning to end along the curves - 2-1/4" diameter at widest part. As permanently posed, placed rectangularly, it is about 10" wide and 14-1/2" long. The widest across measurement you can get is 15" (nose tip to back coil). This is a nice snake - weight is reduced by it being partly hollow inside part of body (snake is fully formed underneath). Rattle is molded part of snake and does not "rattle." Snake is not hard but is not very flexible and stays as posed (See picture against sky.) Please do not order it if you want it to be moved into a different position or simulate movement while handled. It won't. But it is well made and sturdy. AAA
