NOT WORKING MSI GeForce RTX 3070 GAMING X TRIO 8GB 8G 256-bit GDDR6 PCI-E 4.0

Description: For sale is my MSI GeForce RTX 3070 GAMING X TRIO 8GB. It is not in working condition. It has the following issues. The core has a short on 1.8v rail - the core is dead. The story: video card originally had a dead core with 1.8 and PEX shorted. Core was replaced with a working one and memory A0 was replaced, got video and 3D working. Found fan RPM sensor jumping between 3300 and 1000000. Found bad tach resistor + bad PWM 'and' gate, bad RGB controller, only 26 ohms on 3.3v. Parts replaced, tach working, 3.3v resistance normal @ 6k. Further checks found a displayport not working. Found shorted transistor for aux comms, causing 1 DP dead in core. Upon final checklist and powerup, 1.8v shorted in core again. Since 1.8v resistance is dead short, the core should be considered "dead". Please do not purchase this hoping to fix it. This should only be a parts only card such as to harvest memory, cooler, or other components. Listing includes one NON-WORKING NVIDIA MSI GeForce RTX 3070 GAMING X TRIO 8GB graphics card.
