The photo is shown for reference only to show the differences between the two styles of funnels made by Dillon. Straight wall cartridges funnels provide case mouth expansion. This is to facilitate seating the bullet without collapsing the case wall, i.e. for handgun calibers or say rifle caliber like 45-70. Bottleneck cartridges just acts as a powder funnel to instill powder into the case. Those listed as OS or oversized will require the use of an oversized powder die, (P/N 21253) Please reference your Dillon press manual to assure proper use of this funnel. You can download a copy of the manual from the Dillon Precision website if need be.
