This commissioned, handmade custom Kukri was made by Master Knife Maker Pardi Bugtai of Pabu Knife out of Portland, Oregon. Pardi Bugtai was featured in Blade magazine in February 2007. You can find some of his work at Arizona Custom Knives as well as Facebook. He has been making custom handmade knives for over 50 years. This blade is made of carbon steel and has the makers stamp on the blade. There are pitting and carbon spots on both sides of the blade by design to add to the esthetics. The beautiful, brass pinned, thick one-piece solid Stag handle is in excellent condition. No chips or cracks. The thick leather very well-made custom sheath is in excellent condition. The sheath is original and is pliable, and has all of its stitching. We have not cleaned this Kukri and have left it in its original condition for the new owner. Overall, this is a one of a kind beautifully handmade original piece that is tight and solid. We believe this would be an excellent addition to any collection, be used, or be a great gift.
